Elan Cappellini Description
Jasper Morrison, with Cappellini, again presents to us another Greenguard Gold certified offering in the form of the Elan Sofa. Cappellini and Morrison's efforts have elevated modern furniture to new heights and the Elan Sofa is a prime example of their inventive vision. The Elan's simplicity is juxtaposed with its framework, allowing the massive sofa to be propped up by the seemingly flimsy legs. The comfortable cushioning, on the other hand, is most inviting. Overall, the development of this sofa is inspirational, to say the least. The Elan by Cappellini is indeed a product of innovation and creativity.
Elan Sofa Cappellini Features
The massive cushioning is an invaluable aspect to the look of the Elan Sofa by Cappellini. The solace it provides is one of the main factors of the sofa's allure. The frame is composed of medium-density conglomerate wooden panels, massive fir, poplar plywood and a metal frame. The padding is made with multi-density polyurethane foam supported by springy elastic belts. The cushions could be either feather stuffed or foam as well, depending on your inclination. Its legs are made of stainless metal with polypropylene feet. The Elan is crafted to perfection, making it a valued addition to your living room.
Elan Sofa Materials
The Demeanour of the Elan by Cappellini can be dictated by your choice of upholstery. The removable cover alternatives come in either fabric or leather with all the colours available from the collection. Regardless of your pick, the Elan sofa will surely be a focal point at home. There are also available finishes for the legs; they can be matte lacquered in white, mud or anthracite. The total combination of these factors will ensure that the final appearance of the Elan Sofa by Cappellini is something you will appreciate for a long time.
Elan Sofa Cappellini Compositions
Initially designed in 1999, the first release of the Elan by Cappellini measured 204x82x66 cm. Since then, there have been many more additional modules to the range. A separate pouf and other components for corner formations make the Elan a viable selection when looking for a sofa for your living room. The Elan by Cappellini is a testament to the continuous evolution of furniture, and over time, there will always be room for improvement. The Elan is able to do so because of its timeless style coupled with the adaptability of the sofa itself.
